Sisters in Spirit is the oldest, continuous Narcotics Anonymous women’s retreat in the Washington Northern Idaho Region of Narcotics Anonymous (WNIRNA). Every year, nearly a hundred recovering women gather to share their experience, strength and hope with each other.
